    Got a question abt the 1.5G encodings. Can it work if burned and played on a hardware divx player? So far, I’ve only been burning 600-700Mb Ental encodings and played back without problems.

    DingDangDong the 1.5gb files are x264 encoded, so if you burned them I dont think they will play you would probably would have to convert them to be able to play them on a divx player :( sorry..

    DingDangDong, Puela is right, you will have to convert it. If you use ConvertXtoDVD, it does a full conversion WITHOUT changing anyspecs (i.e compression etc) and then you can watch it. Also, it automatically adds the subtitle files although you MUST put the subtitle and avi files in the same folder, with the same name except the extension.

    Off, course, buy original later or we will never get kdramas and what will we do without them? :)

    FYI - Ep8 of 720p version is missing the recap of previous week. So scenes pertaining to lines 3-20 of the original SRT file are cut off.

    E13 - There are 7 scenes missing from the 720p version. Lines listed below are in reference to ENTAL version:

    261-290
    311-348
    428-458
    507-543
    615-638

    I have to say this is the MOST difficult subtitle resync work that I have dealt with so far. It took me over an hour to complete it, because of my Korean illiteracy and of the MANY DELETED scenes.

    I would recommend the ENTAL version instead of LOI(720p) to get a better understanding of Episode 13.

    I just hope there is no more deleted scenes in the 720p version in the later episodes…otherwise, I am so DEAD :(

    I just snatched the batch torrent”La Dolce Vite.720p.HDTV.x264-LoI” from the place I’m not allowed to mention. I had all the 720p’s uploaded from aigoo on my harddrive and I just wanted to see how well they hash. I was very surprised to see that only 5 episodes hashed 100% while others hashed 30% some 60% (near the splitiing/joining points) others 90+%.

    Just makes me wonder at what point the files get corrupted, splitting, while uploading ,downloading, or when joining? Since most media players can handle such errors it’s not really a big deal (unless the header part gets corrupted).

    I use 7zip for joining files, I wonder if others have had issues with it?

    Billz - I use 7zip to split the files and uploaded here. And it is the same source creating both the single torrent and the whole series. Since I have the original files, can’t really test it for you. You can see if it plays the same scene as the one I uploaded. (and let’s call them SSW - Secret Society’s Website)

    Dramaking - only one person provides these 720p file so kind of hard to find another one. And we PAY to get these files…and I am NOT going to pay another site just to get one file…I am so BROKE right now.

    But you are more than welcome to use your resource to get a good one to share with all of us ;)

    Go to Gourmet page the read EddyJ’s comment. It is the VLC player problem.

    Please take the initiative to search for the solution before posting your problem, ie. do your own due diligence first.

    More than likely someone already post a solution to your problem.

    The quality of the 1.5 GB episodes are great! However, I was wondering if there are subs from ep.14 on? I was able to download the first 13 but after that there is no link even though the word “sub” listed or is it just a time matter to be patient and wait as each episode is subtitled. I know this must take considerable time to do. Thank you so much for the effort that is involved in doing this, I really appreciate it!

    My mistake and I apologize. I did go there and I thought because it said ental it would be best with those “like” downloads and not the 1.5 version. Sorry, I’ve had problems with subs syncing in the past and yes, I do browse considerably. I’ve even read the help section a time or two when I needed help. :) In any case, thanks for responding

    I take the ENTAL sub and resync it for the 720p version, but ONLY if it is available.

    When you see WITHS2 is subbing the drama, and they have released subs for E01-13 so far, then you know that is all that is available…no need to ask and wait patiently.

    If a new sub is available, then please wait until I have the time to resync it. 99% of the time, resync is easy, but there’s that 1% where I want to quit because of so much revision like E13.
